All orders are dispatched from Los Angeles, California. This page explains where we deliver, how to track your order, and what to do if there is a problem with your parcel.
Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible once payment has cleared. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Iran, Sudan, Cuba, North Korea and Syria.
By placing an order you confirm that you have checked your local and international laws beforehand, and that it is lawful for us to ship to you.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, held, or marked as undeliverable, contact your postal service directly with that tracking number — they are able to arrange redelivery or collection.
Delivery addresses
- Enter your address carefully and completely at checkout. Making sure it is correct is your responsibility.
- Please order using your real name. A delivery office may not deliver to a name it does not recognise, and photo identification is usually required to collect a held parcel.
- We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
International orders, customs and duties
International parcels may be subject to customs inspection, import duties or local taxes. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are your responsibility. Delivery times on international orders can vary considerably.
When your parcel arrives
Please keep all original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, incomplete or defective we need photographs of both the items and the packaging in order to arrange a replacement. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

You must be 21 or over to order from this site.
Important legal notice
Cannabis seeds are illegal to germinate and grow in many countries. Our seeds are sold as souvenirs, as collectible items for storage in case the law changes, or as bird feed and fishing bait additive.
